There is no human being without internally perceived personal obstacles. Bold statement, granted.
What we have learned is that while deep down we all know they are there, the majority goes through life without confronting them. Many of those will look back on their life in regret.
A much smaller group will acknowledge these obstacles and learn how to deal with them. And an even smaller group will seek help to make sure they get overcome and stay done.
This is the primary focus of my book "Life Learnings of a Life Coach", which Iour founder wrote because of such obstacles being so commonplace, thereby robbing so many of so much.
