Superior "Soft Skills"
We mentioned before that in business today it's EQ over IQ any day.
What does that mean? To us it suggests that it is our ability to relate to, to communicate with and to "win people over" that will usually beat technical ability. Particularly in business.
In our soft skills grooming we leverage a range of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques that subtly and powerfully have the other person's unconscious mind pick up the vibes being projected and respond with "hey, I like this person - I'm warming to them". Built on a newly learned set of uncommon listening skills that enable us to observe and notice "how" they are communicating so that we can adapt ours to their style, through matching and mirroring their language, gesture, animation and posture etc, we develop a trust and respect and a diplomacy that is very hard not to "like" and be "agreeable" to and with.
If you talk to our clients who practice this with "unconscious competence" today, they will affirm how valuable this is in being able to influence business outcomes your way - in meetings, in negotiations and in presentations.
Many of these techniques and approaches are accessible through the blog articles in this Category. However, the "really good stuff" has been kept for our personal clients, who enjoy an eBook of our specific IP (intellectual property) and then one or more coaching sessions in which these skills are them tailored directly to your personality and preferred communication modalities and then learned through practice.
Why not differentiate yourself from your peers and competitors? We know you will be impressed, because of how impressed they will be.
